Rebate Redemption Instructions:

1. Mail the completed rebate certificate including model and serial numbers to the address below for eligible models purchased between Feb 1, 2022, and June 30, 2022. Purchase date is determined by the sales invoice date. Keep copies for your records.

2. Include a legible copy of your sales invoice showing the model number, purchase date, and purchase price

3. Attach Before and after photos of the Grill Replacement

4. Envelope must be postmarked by July 31, 2022, and the last date of re-submission is August 30, 2022. Allow 4 - 8 weeks from the time we receive all required information for delivery of your check. This rebate offer can be combined with other rebate offers during the same period; however, it is limited to one rebate per model for each campaign per household. Multiple sales to apartments, condominiums, subdivisions, etc., do not qualify. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. To check the status of your rebate please call (800) 966-8300 between 9 AM, and 5 PM eastern time, Monday-Friday. Missing or incomplete information will delay the processing of your rebate. The consumer is responsible for the appropriate sales tax and is solely responsible for lost, mutilated, or misdirected mail. All responses to an Email or Postcard request for additional information must be made within three weeks of the date of the Email or the Postmark date on the Postcard. This offer is no longer valid if the check is not cashed within 11 months of the issue date. By submitting this claim you hereby accept the above-stated terms and conditions.
