Eligibility: Limit one rebate per qualifying appliance, purchase, household, and address. New consumer purchases only. Used, returned, refurbished, leased, builder, wholesale, and commercial purchases are not eligible unless approved in writing.
Proof required: Submit a dated receipt showing the dealer, qualifying model, purchase date, and purchase price, plus a clear image of the model and serial number label.
Verification: EMC and its rebate administrator may verify all information, request additional documentation, and reject fraudulent or noncompliant claims.
Processing: Allow approximately 8–10 weeks after validation. Void where prohibited.
